Lower back pain

I had my surgery 2/24, all went normally. Felt good this morning so I may have done too much around the house, but now I am in crippling pain. My low back left side, just above my hip, hurts so much I can barely walk or bend, going from sit to stand is agony. Anyone have this? Should I be at the ER right now????
