Let's break that plateau....

Damn it!

I have been on a plateau, but it is time to go....so I am going to break it. I am vowing to drink more Water and up my Protein. I also joined a gym and am exercising 5 times a week for the first time in YEARS.

Are you on a plateau? What are you going to do about it?

You are doing all the right stuff, Paul.

Don't panick. 62 pounds since July is awesome. Your body just needs some time to get over the shock.

Also - if you are buffing up and bulking up the muscle mass, you might be losing inches & fat without actually losing any pounds.

Keep on Trucking.
