Weight loss after pregnancy

Was wondering if you can lose weight if you get prego after the sleeve? Will you continue your weight loss? Especially if you were on 1yr. Post op when you become prego. I was sleeved on 3/11 but one day want to have children.

Losing weight, and especially ketosis, is bad for a pregnancy - it makes your body think it's a famine and that's no time to be having a baby.

The key is to find an OB who has experience with WLS patients! So use this next year or so to shop around and find an OB you like. :)
