Day 7

I'm on day seven. Feeling pretty good. Easier to swallow now and very little pain- except for an awful pinched nerve in my neck. Not sure if that's related to surgery or not. Just tried a cream soup for lunch and could only eat 1/4 cup before feeling too full. Having trouble getting all of the water in. So far I've lost 23 lbs since starting the 2-week pre-op shakes.

You are doing super!! It's still hard for me to get in all the pureed Protein and veggies I'm supposed to have. Many times I don't since I am so full.... I started my journey with the nutritionist in August 2013. I have lost 45 pounds total. 13 pounds since my sleeve 1/23/14. I feel great! I am off my blood pressure medicine and that really makes it all worthwhile. I have weighed the same weight since Sunday so I'm getting a little frustrated. However I am choosing to dwell on how good I feel. Plus people are really starting to notice.
