Need Advice! Hungry!

I am 13, almost 14, months out from surgery and have lost 100lbs. Anybody else dealing with hunger? My quantity of food that I intake at a time hasn't really increased, but I get hungry every 2-3 hours. I know that 5-6 small meals a day isn't bad, but I am afraid of overeating. I have also stalled on weight loss which is another reason I am worried about eating too much. Anybody else having this issue and how are you dealing with it?

I am only 9 months out but my restriction is very tight. I have to eat every few hours because I can barely eat more than 6-7 small bites in a sitting. I always have beef jerky with me. All protein, no carbs, teeny bit of fat. I carry almonds, too, and snack on cheese sticks. I do 4-5 mini meals instead if traditional meals and it works for me,
