Okay so I'm 19 years old and have PCOS, high insulin, and might even have problem with my thyroid soon due to family genes! I'm absolutely nervous about the whole thing and my nerves are going crazy! My family and friends support me 100% because I've tried alone and due to having PCOS and high insulin I gain weight for nothing.
I'm 2 months away from having my surgery! And I'm terrified! Is there anyone out there that has any ideas on how to keep calm before? Obviously I can't see a therapist because I have to get cleared by one and I don't think having anxiety problem will help my case. Lol.
Anyone else have any ideas? Or stories that will help me?
