Has anyone had a hard time staying one liquids 2 weeks pre-op? I feel like im always thinking about food. so i ate a chicken salad and a scrambled egg. Do you think this will cause a problem if i eat sometime before surgery. I have 11 days to lose 4 pounds. Anyone help would be appreciated. Thanks :help:

You are not alone, I have read literally TONS of threads here from folks who are or have been frustrated like yourself. I have not yet been there, but I have read that it is just awful. Use the search function and search for pre op diet or weight loss before surgery and you'll find many other stories like yours that may offer some good advice for you.
