New Surgeon?

I've been under the hospital for my weight for 9 years and with my surgeon for over 5 of them years (I'm 19 now), they've always been promising me the operation, and I still haven't had it or heard from them despite doing everything and more what I've been told to do.

Is there anyone from the United Kingdom that can recommend any hospitals/surgeons that could possibly be more helpful. I will travel all around the UK, no problem.
