I will be 12 weeks on Thursday. I've lost 39 pounds. 5'6" with an average build. I've been stuck for over two weeks. I've been stalled almost half the time since surgery. Anxious to see the scale move again!

I'm in a very similar position. Started at 259.9 and am now 221.4. I'm about 9 weeks out since surgery and am 5'3" - been stuck here for abt 2 weeks. Just started hard at the gym so hope that makes a difference.

Definitely! I just started a more intense workout and try to workout twice a day if im not too worn out from work! Slowly but surely getting more protein and fluids in so hopefully that will make all the difference too!

I just had my 3 month checkup and i started at 313 and current weight is 243. Ast few weeks have been tough because of the holidays and lost around 2 lbs those weeks, but i'm re-determined for the new year now and looking to pull big numbers for my 4 month checkup. I'm 5'7" and have a large build

I will be 12weeks on Wednesday. I am 5' 7", HW: 239, SW: 229, CW: 195. I go to the gym, I have not cheated, yet my loss since surgery is only 35 lbs.

I am using an old, cheapo scale, and I hope the doctors scale has better numbers!! I go for my 3 month on Wednesday!

I would say that about half of the time, I have been engaged in some sort of stall ( lose for a week, stall for 2)!

I have decided to up my Water intake as this seems to be the only areas in which I am lacking!

Good luck to you, I am sure it all works out in the end!
