You can find out what they are when you go to meet with your surgeon, or go to an informational seminar. We could list them all here, but every surgeon's "rules" are different, it seems, so that would not be helpful. Find out what your surgeon says, and try to follow that as closely as possible.

thank u for your answer. my surgeon gave me some rules, but I really think they are not enough for the importance of the surgery, that's why I thought that maybe a list of rules is posted on the forum. thank you anyway.

Well the key rules I can think of are these at least for me.

- Drink all your Water

- No carbonation (varies from doc to doc)

- Get your recommended amount of protien each day

- Always eat your protien first

- Chew to goo

- Dont' drink with your meals (amount of time to wait to drink varies from

doc to doc)

- Take a multi Vitamin every day
