Long Haul Flight Post Surgery?

Hi

I am five weeks post op and I have a holiday booked to the USA from the UK in a weeks time. I was just in converstaion with someone and they said that I should not fly soon after the surgery. Has any one had any advice from their sugeon?

I'm flying from at sea level to the mountains of Denver, CO. I just talked to the doctor today. We are good to go. Many members have flown to Mexico and other states for surgery. You should be just fine.

Thats great thank you for your advice. Mickey Mouse will be pleased!! Looking forward to some blue skies and sunshine. Happy to leave cold wet England at home for two weeks.
