I had this same experience. I ended up changing the time of day I took them...that didn't help. So I ended up changing to a different brand. I started with Bariatric Advantage Vitamins...made me so nauseous....talked to my surgeon and got approval to use One a Day multi vitamins gummies. I also bought Nature Made b-12 and Vitamin D and Iron. You might check with your surgeon and see what they advise. Wouldn't hurt. Good Luck.

I will have to try some gummy style. My surgeon doesn't care what I take as long as it has what I need in it.
