Three weeks out and not losing weight!

I lost 5 kg or about 10 lbs the first week and nothing since. I've been eating healthy. What's going on? Do some people just not lose at all?

  • It's so frustrating! I'm eating like a little baby bird, had this huge thing done to my body and still not losing weight. I started at 210 and last night I was 203. I'd gained back 2 lbs.

I don't weigh myself daily. Maybe every five days or so.

Is there anything you can do to move thre stalls along? Kick up the calories or the exercise? Or is. It something you just have to live with?

I stall and lose all the time and it is very normal. Sometimes it last for 3 weeks, sometimes just one. It's always different. But even though I'm stalling, I still lose inches.
