Burned my Baked Ricotta

Today is my last day on puréed, so I decided to make myself something special. I made Shelly's baked ricotta from "The World According to Eggface." And I burned it. Aaaaargh! Blackened Ricotta, NO BUENO!

....but I'm still gonna eat it, though. Shhh! Don't tell anybody.

    That was the first thing I made when I was able to have "real" food. I probably would have eaten it anyway!!!!!

    I made a variation of her baked ricotta...I added pizza sauce instead of marinara and I added turkey pepperoni. It was awesome!
