Seasoned Sleevers...HELP!

Hi All,

I was sleeved on 11/20/13 and lost 23 pounds by November end and have only lost 2 more since then. Has my body gone into starvation mode? I am 52 years old, back to work and very tired and "out of it" feeling....how did you all begin to exercise at 3-4 weeks post op? Also had a bout with constipation, but that's settled and struggling to get my fluids in everyday.

Any thoughts or suggestions is appreciated!

Thanks

Numenow

Hey!! How many calories are you eating per day??? I am also struggling. I had my surgery 3/12. Lost 55 lbs in first 6 months, but then CRASH!! nothing. I have been able to hold my own, but have been gaining weight, about 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks!! SO FRUSTRATING.

I think we need to look at your food intake first and foremost. Are you getting enough Protein?? My plan was about 75 grams of protein per day. Are you taking Vitamins?? How many ounces of Water are you getting per day?? Please let me know and maybe we can figure this out together!!!

Good luck and God Bless:)

Pam
