Surgery Is Tomorrow

Well...surgery is Tomorrow. I am getting more and more nervous. I know that I am doing the right thing, but I am worried about the kids being without me for 3 or so days. I know that their dad will be here with them, but I still worry. I have spent most of the day cooking meals so they all eat good while I am gone.

Mel,

You'll do great. Sounds like you're getting prepared and getting your family prepared as well.

My surgery is tomorrow as well. I'm not looking forward to the magnesium citrate this afternoon but I'll get through it. I'm not as nervous as I thought I'd be. I've been researching the surgery and preparing for a long time. I just want to get the surgery over with and move on to the next step. I know I'll need to sip, walk, sip, walk, sip, walk............... It gets better day by day. I have to keep the long term goal in mind but take one day at a time.

I hope and pray you have a successful surgery with an easy recovery.
