    No sample pack, but you can buy a single ready-made shake. They are on sale right now, buy 2, get one free.

    GNC total leans are good shakes and yummy I did 2 cases of the pumpkin on my pre op...they will let you sample some in store or if you buy it and dont like it they will take it back. I also like the strawberries and cream not real sweet like some strawberries tend to be.
