Can you please explain to me the significance, if any, of "thickening of the gastric wall" in relation to the band? I was having some ache-like pain in the L chest region and, because I have a Hx of PEs, a chest CT angio was done. I just now left the ER and was advised to take 2 Nexium a day. Is this cause for concern?
