Swimming Anyone?

Anybody here do any regular swimming? I've just started, hoping to train for a triathlon. I already run and bike but I haven't swam in decades. I'm really not good, my feet drag too low and I swallow enough Water to meet my daily hydration goals on each lap.

If there are any good swimmers out there I'm open to tips.
