In speaking with a friend today she mentioned that she as a friend whose surgeon placed the wrong size band for her anatomy. Has anyone else ever heard of this happening?

We actually had someone with a thread recently that this happened to. I sorta question the competence.

I've heard of people coming home from Mexico with 4cc bands that are too small for them more than a couple times. Recently, there was a thread here about a woman who was having serious complications from a 10cc band that was too small so her surgeon replaced it with a 14cc band.

Like Sandy, I seriously question the surgeon's competence to allow such a thing to happen.
