Post-Op's Help! Feeling Too Shaky Upon Waking-Up

Today 1 week post-op. I've been waking up feeling super shaky, my blood sugars are normal, not taking any pain meds. Once I drink my Protein drink I feel ok, but take about 1 hr to shake it off.

Did anybody go through this?

Are you still felling shaky?

How long did it take for it to stop?

What did you do to help it?

I suffer from anxiety, but I don't think I'm stressing.

This is a shaky feeling, like when blood sugars are low, but mines are normal. It feels, like your going to faint. I've been drinking 100oz fluids daily before I go to bed. I'm trying to up my calorie intake too. But unclear why I feel this way. I'm going to call my doctor tmrw morning if I wake up shaky again. Thx u for replying, much appreciated : )

You are welcome =). Yes the best thing is to call your doctor. Let me know what he says, I'm sure it's nothing major but it's good to know.
