I'm 3 months out and am dizzy all the time after getting up after sitting. I have found if I get in more water it only happens a few times a day or not at all. I have wondered if it was food but I think I've pinned it to water intake. :)

Thanks very much. I am drinking more water and not at dizzy.

Oh good I'm so glad it's working for you. I have a hard time getting over the amount sometimes but when I do it's so much better!! Let me know if it comes back or if you find something else that works :)

I have also went to sam's and pick up some 8.25 oz. premier protein drinks. When I wake up in the morning now I start drinking it while I am dressing for work and by the time I am dressed and ready to leave it is gone. It has 18 grams. I feel better now too.

MMM I have not seen ones so small. Good Idea :)

I have been dizzy and weak lately. I'm 4 weeks postop today. I asked my bariatric nurse about it today and she said I may be slightly dehydrated and to keep trying to get in the Water. I was going to go to bed early but I think I'll stay up and keep drinking.

If you are taking blood pressure meds it might be time to get the dosage adjusted or go off of them all together.

Good idea!
