More Restriction In The Am

Does anyone notice that they have more restriction in the morning compared to the evening? I seems that after 2pm I can eat more and get more fluids in.

I'm exactly the same, Bright Eyes. In the morning I eat like a squirrel, by late afternoon, I could graze like a proverbial cow!

I have no idea why. Guess it's just one of those things?

I thought that maybe my sleeve just needed to be woken up some, so I drank tea yesterday morning (idk why that was logical) but it didn't work. My fav meal has always been breakfast. Just odd

Maybe swap breakfast for dinner. That way, if you're craving bacon and the like, you can have it in the evening :D
