Bariatric Resource Services?

Hi, I'm almost done with my 6 mos diet...I'm covered through bariatric resource services under United Healthcare...has anyone had any prior experience with this company...as I get closer to the end of the diet I'm getting more and more paranoid that my claim will be denied...
