The Weight Yo Yo

I haven't been eating great but not horribly either. I am 2 days away from regular food graduation. I have lost 37 lbs and lost 4 inches which I am really happy about. I think that because my food options were limited (soft foods) and my body is ready for real food, I have been eating whatever I can find. My weight has been stable for the last week and all of a sudden I went up 1 lb. I know this is nothing and I am probably fine and will be better when I get to real food. I can't get out of my own head though. I am so nervous though. Any words of wisdom?

I'm on full liquids and the new foods I've been allowed to add in are very much carb in nature. While overall a pound up or down doesn't seem like something to stress over, maybe you could make a concerted effort to eat really "clean" for the next few days and see how that goes. Tuna salad, well shredded chicken salad, that kind of thing?

When I started soft foods I was so thankful to have real food. Friday is my graduation day to any food. It comes to a point when you are soooo sick of chicken, turkey and tuna. I am craving a salad! Lol when have you heard that lol. Good luck with your puréed foods :). It goes by quickly.
