Not enough protein. I use unflavored Unjury. 22grams of protein and I can make my shake any way I'd like. :-)

I'm pre-op and bought some Unjury mixes. Do you just make yours with milk? Or do you add ice cubes to thicken?

I use soy milk because I have an intolerance to regular milk most times. I like the texture with ice. My fav protein drink is unflavored protein, unsweetened cocoa 1 Tblspn , PB2 peanut butter 2 Tblspn, 1 c. Soy milk, 4 ice cubes, and stevia to my liking. I had it for din din tonight over regular food. Love it!
