Excellent! I was sleeved on 11/8 and feel pretty good myself. Tell me, how are you getting your 60g of Protein? I'm barely choking down my Protein Drink and wonder if there's an alternative?

Like unjury the best !! Add milk to it. Strawberry chic and vanilla are good. No smell! So I add it to milk too

I'm eating 3 lean 25 shakes a day. Then drink water in between . So I'm getting 75gr of protein. I like Lean Shakes bc they are watery and go down easier for me.

I am drinking primer pre made shakes from Wal-Mart they have 160 calories and 30 grams of protein. I dont have any problems drinking. I never feel hun or I dont feel when I am fool. I drink them all through the day.

Just had my surgery on Wednesday (11/20/13) and wanted to know what would be good for my 'meals' while on the liquid phase of the post op diet.. any suggestions??? I know I need water and protein shakes but what can I 'eat'?? And is it more important that I try to get in the water and protien shakes down instead of trying to eat?

I just finished this phase, jello, unjury chicken broth, chicken broth, unjury strawberry protein...I used skim milk, skim milk, fruit juices, clear. No pulp, vanilla unjury protein with skim milk..hits a lot of protein, decaf tea no cinnamon. Good luck
