Ready For The Next Phase!

Today I officially finished all of my pre-op requirements! The results should be in by the end of the week, then my coordinator has to compile it all and I will be submitted for insurance approval. So exciting!

So far I have done:

Seminar

Pre-op consult

Chest x ray

Nutritionist visit

EKG

Psych eval

sleep study

7 vials of blood work and the h pylori breath test

Pre-op support group

I know you all have done it and it isn't a huge deal, but that is a lot to me. I am serious about getting my health back. I can't wait for the next phase!

Every step you take towards your goal is important and it is a huge deal. I chickened out on my first attempt to do the surgery. It took me another month before I realized I needed it and committed.
