Rare Pressure in rigth side?

Im having this rare pressure on my upper rigth side of the belly.. since i was in the hospital after surgery.. i tougth it was part of the process but its been 3 weeks and when i lay down i feel the pressure and it wont let me breath well.. i have to make more pressure with my hands on the upper rigth side to feel that the air is going down.. have anyone feel that before?? Ill have to go see my doctor.
