I have Aetna.

I was approved due to bmi being 41.

I have completed 3 dietitian appts, and psy appt.

I have 2 yrs of documented weight history

It's just water gain, stay away from foods high in sodium and don't add salt to anything. Give it a few days you should be fine!

Yeah, I am just scared because my last appointment is on Wednesday.

Sounds like water weight or constipation. They just don't want you to binge eat and gain like 25 lbs. You will be fine. 8)
