Issue with weight gain

My first 3 dietitian appointments I lost weight and I did not have a cycle. Now my cycle came and I have gained 5lbs. My food habits have not changed. I am worried I will be denied. Has anyone else experienced this? I am starting a 2 day liquid diet to hopefully lose the extra pounds

    I have Aetna.

    I was approved due to bmi being 41.

    I have completed 3 dietitian appts, and psy appt.

    I have 2 yrs of documented weight history

    It's just water gain, stay away from foods high in sodium and don't add salt to anything. Give it a few days you should be fine! :)

    Sounds like water weight or constipation. They just don't want you to binge eat and gain like 25 lbs. You will be fine. 8)
