Plastic Surgery UK

I seem to have alot to say for myself today!

One thing that I often think about is excess skin and droopy boobs and I know for sure i will have a lot on my tummy when I'm done. I know i should cross that bridge when I come to it but I can't help but worry about it. I would much rather be slim with abit of droopiness but just how much will there be is what is worrying me.

Our American friends talk about plastic surgery ops they have had done as if they had simply gone to the dentist, it doesn't seem to be a biggy to them......but it is for me! It scares the hell out of me!

Anyone had anything done?

Wellcome back Liz, Glad to hear everything went well. Sorry re your pain, but hopefully the painkillers help. When u see yr new body, Im sure it'll be worth it. You are a very brave girl. Anyway, cant wait to see yr before and after photos once u r ready to load them. Take good care now.

Hey Liz! You look like you are healing really well. And just like me, no bruising, and little swelling! You must be so pleased that it's all over, and went so well. Just remember to do as little as possible in the next few weeks in the way of lifting, housework (lol) and stuff like pushing shopping trollies (found that one out the hard way)

You look fab!

Thanks for the update liz, it's definitely looking good!

Looking forward to seeing the pics after all the swelling has gone down!

did you lose any of your band scars? (not that I can see them in the piccies!)

hi, yes ive lost 3 of my 5 old scars and the 2 that are left are very faded so im pleased about that, as it gives me an indication on how my new scars will heal in time.

Hey, you look amazing. The scaring seems very good for 4 days post op! Good luck with the corset and come back to let us know how you get on!

Hey Brandychick, cool name !! thankyou for your comments, ive had my check up and most of the scaring is healing well, i have a little bit leakage at the bottom, so still have to wear the corsett for a while longer, im on weekly checks so every thing should be ok.

thanks Liz xxxx

I am told that the longer you can wear the corset the better the end result will be! ( my friend is a nurse)

I'm sure that your leaky bit will heal up quickly!

Did you have any liposuction in the end?

Hi anon, i think i will have to wear the corsett for a few more weeks, no i didnt have liposuction as its only 3 weeks today since surgery, i dont know if that will be a option further on in time or if i even want that, as i feel like my bodys had enuff as im still in so much pain, im just taking it day by day at the moment.

The only reason I ask is because it was mentioned that many surgeons offer liposuction to flanks (the sides where your waist curves in) at the time of a TT which apparently help to give a better defined waist. This will be important to me as even when I lost all my weight 2 years ago, I still had no waist (I'm such an apple!) So I wondered if your piccies showed the results of that.... but no, you have a great waist already!!!
