5 months and 1 week post op

stuck at 230-233. ive lost about 30 on sleeve and 20 before that on band. is there an approximation of where i should be weight wise this far post op? i was doing pretty well i think, but now ive plateaued. up until recently it was pretty much coming off on its own but now im having to work on it again like a "diet". cravings, munchies, boredom, etc. im as hungry as i was on the band :( im planning on contacting my surgeon too. any suggestions other then that? or words of wisdom? thanks :)
