I am visiting my surgeon next Monday for my second time. I forgot to ask him about the vitamins I may need to take after surgery. What does your surgeon recommend? Also, will this be for life (or how long the band is in)?

My doc recommends Flintstones vitamins. I've actually taken these my entire life because I like the taste of them, especially the orange ones.

Hi oreo! My surgeon recommends 1-2 flintstones chewable vitamins/day,viactiv chews (calcium and vitD) 2/day, and 1 B-complex/day. Have a good night! Gigi:)
