GNC Lean 25!

I was using EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control but it started to make me break out. So today I went to GNC and they were having a sale on their own brand of Protein powders, Lean 25 ($19.95 for the first one, then 50% off the second one).

I was actually greatly surprised by how good they were! I bought Peppermint Mocha and pumpkin Spice and they are awesome! They also sell Cinnamon Apple and Key Lime Pie flavors, as well as the standard chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. I think there was also a Cookies and cream. Lots of good Fiber in them, too!

Just thought I'd make a suggestion! :)

Thanks for the info.

I do the cookies and cream. I like to mix it with ice! Tastes like a shake. When I went they only had berry, chocolate, vanilla, and cookies and cream. The others sound yummy!!

Wow!!! Thank you so much for sharing.

Today is my 2nd day pre-op liquid diet. I'm feeling like it's too hard to do for 2wks.

My WLS is 11/15. I'm so glad I read your post.

I went to trader joes yesterday to buy the world wide that had 35 protien gram for 11oz cans and each one was $2.75. I need 2 a day. I would rather buy a protien powered such as the ones you've mentioned.

I will have to go to the GNC store. Thank you very much.
