Hey, I saw an exercise on TV a long time ago for a 'natural' face lift. All you had to do was exaggerate saying 'X' and 'O'. You should feel your cheek and throat muscles stretch and contract. You can really feel it if you say 'O' like you're howling, with lips going upward. I've done this for years and, although I have a fat chin, I don't have a double chin. I really think it helps. What do you all think?
