I've been on a pre-op liquid diet for two weeks. My surgery is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I've always suffered from bad leg cramp when I wake up and first move my legs. But since I've been on this liquid diet it's way worse. I've been taking my Vitamin supplements religiously. I've also been trying to drink as much as possible to prevent dehydration before surgery. I have to keep my legs covered under a blanket to keep them warm.
I'm really worried the cramps will be there after surgery making life miserable to walk. As it is, it's pretty tough for a guy to take a leak when his legs won't cooperate.
