I was sleeved on October 4. Some things that I would share for those in October that haven't gone yet:
1. You will have buyers remorse. Just stick with it because everyday gets better and better.
2. You must get up and walk as soon as possible despite it being the last thing you want to do.
3. Getting out of bed, coughing, sneezing, etc sucks really bad. Oh, and getting in and out the car when you leave the hospital.
4. I know this sounds crazy but get off the pain killers as soon as possible. You will be so pumped with gas and fluids you will feel bloated and disgusting. For the ladies I compare this to how you felt after the baby expelled itself from your womb. If you need meds take children's Advil liquid form.
5. I know people say sip, sip, sip and trust me it gets annoying but it's the ony way your going to get near enough to your goal.
Good luck everyone!
