Me on 4/9 :)

4/29 No preop diet, SW-258, CW196. While I am thrilled to have lost 62 lb I really do wish it would be a little more. My goal is 80 lb by seven months out and the rest is cake! I am thrilled to have a BMI of 29 now, the first time in a very long time not to be in the obese category. Im getting in 1000 cals a day, every now and then I go over, usually on Sundays when I cook for my family all day. Im starting to want some sweets again, although now I am much more sucessfull at fighting off temptaion. Averaging around 2 lb per week now.
