Sports

I just got banded today.. I play roller hockey on a somewhat competitive level.. Was wondering if there was anyone else that plays sports here and how long did it take till you were able to get back into playing?

Also did you notice any differences with hydration/ playing with less in your system?

It took me 2 weeks and I was back to playing basketball and slow pitch softball. It's all about how quickly you heal. I tend to heal rather quickly.

I was banded in February and had not issues when going back to softball this year. I probably would try to play until you doctor releases you to exercise. If you are not sure & want to go back earlier I would consult with your doctor first.

Good luck! I love hockey!!
