TC44055 remember me?

Just thought I would check in and give you all a progress report.

Had my surgery on

April 22, 2013

When I went to my first doctor's appointment I weighed 248

Today I weigh 195...

It has been a rocky road. . Before the surgery I use to drink a ton of water..now it seems like I can't get my 8 glasses down and I don't get all my protein in a day. I get maybe 40/50 grams a day. I try.

I still don't eat any breads or pasta (unless it is a lean cuisine) no pop.. no fast food.. no beer. I can tolerate EVERYTHING. .and I wish I didn't ..that scares me a little.
