Post op diet

Hi my drs post op diet is different from the one the hospital gave me. The Drs diet wants 2 weeks of liquids and 2 weeks of purees food and 2 weeks of soft foods while the hospital wants one week of each. I weighted 195 starting surgery and I don't know who to follow. I think I'll stave following the drs orders.
