Appointment friday!

For starters I am 20 years old and considering getting the gastric sleeve. I have my first doctors appointment on Friday, and I'm already signed up for the seminar which is one week after my first doctors appointment. I'm very anxious and excited and already called my insurance which they said that they cover 85% of all fees & I will need 3 months of supervised nutrition. Is there anything I should be re-searching? I'm 242 and 5'4. I would love to get down to 125-130. I don't remember the last time I saw the 30's! Thanks!
