Cucumbers on soft foods stage?

I would really like to add some diced cucumber to my yogurt, but not sure if this is ok on soft foods stage. Anyone else know?

Seeds probably not good in them... Ask your nut

date of surgery 02/21/12 surgery weight 340 lbs. current weight 146 lbs

For me it was a no. Raw veggie were well after softs.

HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 199

my nut told me the seeds in watermelon, strawberries and cucumbers are safe because they have a coating on them..but, I dont know when you should eat them...ask your nut...
