Almost 2 weeks out

I am almost 2 weeks out from my surgery I am kind of worry it takes me 40 min but I can eat a 5.3oz Greek yogurt is that normal I feel just right after I finish it but I sometimes wonder if I am eating to much and I don't want to scratch out my pouch

I have been eating the 5.3 oz dannon greek since 1 1/2 weeks out with out a problem...if your not in pain or dont feel sick your ok...my pouch tells me when i eat too much, i get a pain around the left ribcage or i feel like im going to reflux...not too often but a couple times...I think its if my pouch has fluid in it too...
