These questions are best left to your team.

The information that is listed from my surgeon says apple juice, cranberry juice, water, Jello, coffee without milk, clear broth, ginger ale/cola, popsicles. Hope this helps :)

I agree, if you are unsure give the dr office a call. Every doctor seems to have their own recommendations. Good luck!

It varies a lot! Mine was 14 days of 4-5 Protein shakes per day with sugar free/calorie free liquids (Water, crystal light, decaf tea or coffee, no sodas!), SF Popsicles, and SF Jello. However, you need some guidance from your program. You don't want to blow it 1 week before surgery!!!!!
