Multivitamins

Hi everybody ! Today i start my 2 week pre-op diet ! My question is, am i supposed to start taking my multivitam now ? Or as soon after i have my surgery ? I havent bought any vitamins yet and im worried im supposed to take them now... Thank you ☺

    My protocol was to take them right away!

    I was to take them up until my surgery then not take them for two weeks after. But every surgeon is different. Make sure you ask what they want you doing.
