whatt?

I'm getting like this rash all over my face, they look like little pimples but they are like mature.yet, they are mostly concentrated around my chin.and my mouth, any suggestions?

    I.went to my dr and he said it looked like a heat rash, & since i walk a lot & sweat a lot it gets worae cause it clogs my pores :( any at home remediess.
