Im starting to get a little freaked out. I have been doing really well maintaining my weight at 154-156 for about 3 months. Hitting a stressful time right now and dropped 5 pounds in a week... wth.... I dont want to lose anymore. I cant eliminate the stress... I cant eat... Im afraid I am going to get sick!!!

hope you are feeling better. I wish I could tell you what to do to make it better, but I have no ideas. I will say a prayer for you!

Kristy, I don't think five pounds in a week is anything to be alarmed about. Almost certainly Water weight. But as a successful RNY patient, you know better than most that not eating and drinking is simply not an option. Go back to the basics - Protein is your number one priority followed closely by some form of water (decaf coffee or tea, Crystal Light, etc. etc.). chicken, fish and turkey - a single bite ten (or more) times a day will go a long way toward helping you avoid a protein deficiency. And you obviously want to be religious about taking whatever Vitamin supplements your medical team has recommended.

Tough times never last but tough folks - do!
