6 months post op

Yesterday was 6 months post op and I finally got some before and now pics put together. I have lost 100 pounds as of yesterday!!! That made my day a lot better after the mess I woke up to. Just had to share my good news with people who understand :)

    Heather what have you done to be so successful if you don't mind me asking. My surgery was May 20th and I started out at 318lbs.
