please help

I had the gastric by pass match 22nd and i can barley eat anything.. And when i do i throw up... My surgery has pretty much made me a vegetarian.. :( help

    I had that when I could first start eating solids... I learned you seriously have to eat slow.. Like take a bit chew an wait 2 min... An the moment you feel full stop eating even if you have a bit in your mouth spit it out cuz that little bit will be to much an make you throw up...
